Freshii to Operate Out of 12th Floor Café Area and Provide Healthy Meal Options to Energize 1871
CHICAGO (April 29, 2015) — 1871 CEO Howard Tullman joined Freshii CEO Matthew Corrin to announce that Freshii will open a location in the 1871 space early this summer. Located in the 1871 café area on the 12th floor of The Merchandise Mart, the new Freshii location will offer fresh and nutritious meal choices to energize 1871 members, their guests, and the hundreds of weekly visitors to 1871. Freshii will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as coffee and snacks, such as Lifeway Frozen Kefir.

The new Freshii location in 1871 will allow 1871 members and visitors to have easy access to breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and coffee. By providing fast service, quality products and economical options, Freshii will directly support 1871’s ongoing efforts to provide every opportunity and resource to help foster success in Chicago’s startup community.

To fit into the already creative environment, Freshii will feature local artists’ work in the space. The 1871 Freshii location will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
